Emily Watts
I have over 20 years industry experience and have been serving clients in Cochrane for 16 years. Having trained at Videl Sassoon in London England, Goldwell in Toronto , Tigi, Swartzkopf, Joico & Redken. I take pride in delivering an experience for each of our clients when visiting the salon. I really enjoy all aspects of hair, coloring, cutting and up dos. I truly have a passion for this creative industry, and being trained in both traditional and deva cutting, I can customize our services for each client that we get the privilege of sitting in our chair.
Josyln Carson
The Rockies inspired me to relocate all the way from Ontario to Cochrane. In my home town I had accumulated two years of experience through a co-op program in high school. Since July 2019 I have worked alongside Ziane to advance my training in cutting, coloring and the deva cut. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Calgary September of 2020 and have also completed a masters of balayage course. Now with junior stylist status I am working almost independently doing color, cuts, curly cuts and perming. I am excited to grow as a stylist and build my clientele with Chez Soi.
Amie Crossan
I am passionate about the Beauty industry, enjoy people, and am fortunate to be able to work with both!
My career has spanned 25+ years as both a Hairstylist and Esthetician.
I have worked with many talented stylists and have had the amazing opportunity to Educate, Coach apprentices at a national level, and compete at an international level for the Canadian team.
I have had the pleasure of operating a successful home-based business for the past twenty years and am excited and inspired to be a part of the talented Chez Soi team!

Jessica Lee
All through my life I have loved doing hair, but it wasn’t until I took cosmetology classes through my high school that I considered a career as a hairstylist. After starting at Chez Soi in June 2021 I went off to finish my schooling through a program at St. Francis High School in Calgary. Now that I have completed school I am very eager to begin taking clients and jump into the world of colour and cuts!
