I attended my first hair cutting class in grade 10, attended Marvel Academy right out of high school and began my professional career immediately after that. It’s been 33 years and education has been ongoing. One of my most memorable seminars was with Paul Mitchell in Los Angeles soon after starting my first job. Then most recently I have attended the Deva Academy in New York returning 3 times to achieve certification in cutting curly hair.

Hi, I’m Emily. My hair career started off in 1998 in Calgary. I was tired of the city and liked the small town charm that Cochrane had to offer and made my way here in 2004. I have had the pleasure of building an amazing clientele over the years in this community. I enjoy listening to my clients, building relationships and achieving their optimal hair goals and maintaining their vision. I have had many rolls in the salon industry over the years and my favorite is behind the chair. The skills and techniques I have acquired over the years are applied to each clients visit to achieve a specialized look for their haircuts, colors, styles and special updo’s. Hi! I’m Jessica, and I’ve developed a true passion for working with all textures and curls. My focus is on continuously growing my expertise to give you the best experience possible. I have taken courses to develop my skills, including Mounir color classes, Wahl men’s cutting classes, and Redken color and cut. I take great pride in making sure every client feels welcome, warm and truly cared for in my chair. Whether you’re coming in for a fresh cut or a completely new style, I’m dedicated to ensuring you leave feeling and looking your best.
One of my favorite parts of this job is engaging with clients on a variety of topics. From obscure trivia facts to chatting about the latest trends or simply sharing a laugh, I love the personal connections I make while working with you. My goal isn’t just to give you stunning hair you’re proud of, but to make sure your experience with me is something you look forward to every time.

Hi, I’m Brooklyn! I’m a junior stylist from Cochrane with a lifelong love for hairstyling. In 2022, I followed my dream and completed my hairstyling education, where I discovered a true passion for curly hair. Since then, I’ve focused on becoming a well-rounded stylist, completing advanced curly hair training at Chez Soi 1912, a barbering course, a specialized razor cutting program, and ongoing education through the Masters of Balayage.
For me, hairstyling is about more than just great hair. It’s about building connections and helping clients feel confident in their own unique style.
I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow in this industry, and I look forward to sharing my skills and passion with you. I’d love to see you in my chair soon!

I’m Amanda, the receptionist and assistant manager at Chez Soi. I love greeting and catching up with our long-time clients while also meeting new ones and walking them through their experience at Chez Soi. My warmth and enthusiasm ensure every visit is memorable. In addition to my professional responsibilities, I’m also a dedicated student, always working diligently on my studies. When I’m not at work or studying, my adventurous spirit takes me to far-off destinations with friends. I also cherish time outdoors, walking my dog and hiking in the mountains.
